Terms of Service

Welcome to Tractium. The use of services offered by the Tractium platform is conditioned upon full acceptance of these Terms of Service. By accessing or using the platform, you declare that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions contained herein. If you do not agree with any clause, we recommend that you do not use the services.
1. Introduction and Acceptance
Tractium is a paid media data analytics platform that unifies data from Meta Ads and Google Ads into a single dashboard. To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity under applicable law. Continued use of the platform constitutes tacit acceptance of these terms and any updates.
2. About Tractium
Tractium offers paid media data management and analytics features, including: (a) unified dashboard with Meta Ads and Google Ads metrics; (b) metric visualization including CPA, ROAS, CTR, impressions, clicks, and conversions; (c) creative analysis and performance comparison; (d) segmentation by campaigns, ad sets, and individual ads; (e) automated reports; (f) multi-organization and multi-project management; (g) team member invitation and management with different access levels.
3. Applicable Legislation
Services offered by Tractium are governed by Brazilian law, particularly: (a) Brazilian Civil Code (Law No. 10,406/2002); (b) Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990); (c) Internet Civil Framework (Law No. 12,965/2014); (d) General Data Protection Law — LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018); (e) E-commerce Decree (Decree No. 7,962/2013). For users outside Brazil, local consumer protection and data privacy laws may also apply.
4. User Definition
Tractium services are designed for marketing professionals, advertising agencies, traffic managers, consultants, and companies that manage paid media campaigns on Meta Ads and/or Google Ads. Users may be individuals or legal entities, provided they have legal capacity to contract.
5. Service Description
Tractium offers subscription plans that may vary in features, connected ad account limits, number of team members, and organizations. Plans and their respective limits are described on the platform's pricing page and may be updated periodically. All plans include access to the unified dashboard, Meta Ads and Google Ads integration, and email support.
6. Free Trial Period
Tractium may offer a free trial period so users can explore the platform before subscribing to a paid plan. During the trial, users will have access to features as described at the time of activation. At the end of the trial period, access to features may be restricted if the user does not subscribe to a paid plan. Tractium reserves the right to modify or discontinue the trial period at any time.
7. Service Limitations
The user acknowledges that: (a) data displayed on the platform depends on Meta Ads and Google Ads APIs and may present delays or discrepancies compared to the original platforms; (b) metric availability and accuracy are subject to the policies and technical limitations of the integrated ad platforms; (c) Tractium does not guarantee specific campaign results or optimizations; (d) scheduled or emergency maintenance may cause temporary service interruptions without entitlement to compensation.
8. Payment and Pricing
Payments are processed exclusively through Stripe via credit card. Tractium does not collect or store credit card data — this is handled directly by Stripe according to its privacy policy. Prices may be adjusted annually based on applicable inflation indices, with at least 30 days' prior notice. Platform access is granted immediately upon payment confirmation.
9. Subscription Renewal
Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each contracted period (monthly or annual). Recurring charges will continue until the user cancels. Once the charge for the new period is processed, there will be no reversal or refund of the paid amount.
10. Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time through the platform or by contacting support at contato@tractium.com. Cancellation will be processed immediately upon request, preventing future automatic charges. Access to subscribed features will remain active until the end of the already paid period.
11. Unilateral Termination by the Platform
Tractium reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice in the following cases: (a) violation of these Terms of Service; (b) fraudulent activity or platform misuse; (c) use for illegal purposes; (d) threats to platform security or integrity; (e) provision of false information; (f) excessive or abusive use of services; (g) failure to comply with legal obligations; (h) violation of third-party rights. No refunds will be issued for violation-based account closures.
12. User Obligations
The user agrees to: (a) use the platform ethically and in compliance with applicable laws; (b) maintain the confidentiality of access credentials and not share login and password with third parties; (c) provide accurate and up-to-date registration information; (d) respect the limits of the subscribed plan; (e) not attempt to access restricted areas of the platform or perform reverse engineering; (f) not use the platform to collect third-party data without authorization; (g) assume full responsibility for all actions performed under their account.
13. Platform Obligations
Tractium commits to: (a) provide subscribed features and maintain regular platform access; (b) preserve data integrity in compliance with LGPD; (c) offer technical support via email; (d) perform maintenance with prior notice when possible; (e) ensure transparent information and clear communication with users; (f) promptly correct identified technical failures. These obligations exclude circumstances beyond the platform's control, such as external service failures, third-party API interruptions, and force majeure events.
14. Disclaimer of Liability
The platform is provided "as is," with no express or implied warranties of any kind. Tractium shall not be liable for: (a) direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from platform use; (b) decisions or actions taken by users based on displayed data; (c) temporary service unavailability due to technical reasons or force majeure; (d) changes in third-party APIs (Meta, Google) affecting data display; (e) financial losses resulting from paid media investment decisions based on platform data.
15. Third-Party Integrations and Cybersecurity
Tractium's infrastructure uses Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), and Amazon AWS (cloud infrastructure). The platform integrates with the Meta Ads API and Google Ads API. The user acknowledges and agrees that when using these integrations, they may be redirected to external environments whose terms of use and privacy policies are not controlled by Tractium. Tractium is not responsible for failures, unavailability, breaches, or damages arising from external services.
16. Intellectual Property
All source code, features, design, trademarks, logos, and institutional content of Tractium are the exclusive property of the platform, protected by applicable law. Users do not acquire any ownership rights or licenses over these elements, except the right of use according to the subscribed plan. Campaign data and metrics imported from ad platforms remain the user's property. Tractium does not claim ownership of this data and will not use it for commercial purposes without express authorization.

Support is available via email at contato@tractium.com during business hours. Estimated response time is 1 business day, which may vary depending on request complexity.
18. Terms Modifications and Contact
Tractium reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time for legal compliance, platform improvements, or feature changes. Updated versions will be published on this page with the respective modification date. By continuing to use the platform after publication of any changes, the user manifests their agreement with the new terms in effect. We recommend periodic review of this document.
